針對(dui)工業(ye)園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)(qu)排放的大氣(qi)(qi)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物組分(fen)(fen)(fen)具有(you)濃度較高、成分(fen)(fen)(fen)復雜、部分(fen)(fen)(fen)物種同源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、難溯源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)特點,聚(ju)光開發了(le)一套高時(shi)空分(fen)(fen)(fen)辨率預(yu)(yu)警(jing)與溯源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)模(mo)式(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。該(gai)模(mo)式(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)實(shi)現了(le)不(bu)同尺度氣(qi)(qi)象(xiang)模(mo)式(shi)耦(ou)(ou)合(he)、氣(qi)(qi)象(xiang)與大氣(qi)(qi)擴(kuo)散模(mo)式(shi)的耦(ou)(ou)合(he),當園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)(qu)需要對(dui)歷史污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物的來源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)行(xing)追溯時(shi),將(jiang)“重現”溯源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)時(shi)段園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)(qu)高精(jing)度氣(qi)(qi)象(xiang)流場,分(fen)(fen)(fen)析出(chu)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物傳輸(shu)路徑(jing),同時(shi)結合(he)企(qi)業(ye)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物排放特征、排放量(liang)和活動工況(kuang)(kuang)等(deng)參數,最(zui)終篩查出(chu)該(gai)時(shi)段排放此污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物的可(ke)疑企(qi)業(ye)。且(qie)該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)可(ke)獲取了(le)園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)(qu)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)監測數據,實(shi)現了(le)超標污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物的快速報(bao)警(jing),并能“預(yu)(yu)測”出(chu)未來預(yu)(yu)報(bao)時(shi)段園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)(qu)高精(jing)度氣(qi)(qi)象(xiang)流場,模(mo)擬(ni)園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)(qu)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物的擴(kuo)散分(fen)(fen)(fen)布情況(kuang)(kuang),輔助園(yuan)(yuan)區(qu)(qu)管理部門提(ti)前(qian)對(dui)有(you)可(ke)能產生污(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)進(jin)行(xing)防范。
污(wu)染(ran)源(yuan)在線監控(kong)系統通過對污(wu)染(ran)排(pai)放數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)的采集(ji),利用數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)有(you)效性審(shen)核機制(zhi)對監測數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)進行(xing)審(shen)核, 為(wei)環境監察(cha)部門(men)提供真實有(you)效的監測數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju),幫助環境監察(cha)部門(men)實時(shi)掌(zhang)握污(wu)染(ran)排(pai)放狀況,約束企(qi)業的違法、違規排(pai)污(wu)行(xing)為(wei),為(wei)污(wu)染(ran)減(jian)排(pai)和總(zong)量控(kong)制(zhi)提供數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)支撐。
