針(zhen)對我國(guo)當前地表水(shui)(shui)(shui)、飲用水(shui)(shui)(shui)源揮發(fa)性(xing)有(you)機(ji)物(wu)(VOCs)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)監測(ce)需求,聚光科技自主(zhu)研發(fa)了VOC-3000 水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)揮發(fa)性(xing)有(you)機(ji)物(wu)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)監測(ce)系(xi)統。VOC-3000 水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)揮發(fa)性(xing)有(you)機(ji)物(wu)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)監測(ce)系(xi)統集自動進樣(yang)(yang)、吹(chui)(chui)(chui)掃、富(fu)集、解吸(xi)(xi)、色譜(pu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離和(he)數據處理于一體(ti),可無(wu)人監守下連續運行,準確測(ce)量水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)VOCs濃(nong)度(du),實時(shi)遠程(cheng)傳(chuan)輸(shu)測(ce)量結果,實現水(shui)(shui)(shui)體(ti)VOCs污染程(cheng)度(du)的(de)監測(ce)與預警。 系(xi)統原理 系(xi)統將水(shui)(shui)(shui)樣(yang)(yang)采集并加熱送(song)入吹(chui)(chui)(chui)掃裝(zhuang)置(zhi)內,然(ran)后向吹(chui)(chui)(chui)掃罐中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通入惰性(xing)氣(qi)體(ti),將待測(ce)水(shui)(shui)(shui)樣(yang)(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)VOCs組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)吹(chui)(chui)(chui)出,通過除水(shui)(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)去除吹(chui)(chui)(chui)脫混合氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)分(fen)(fen)(fen),再將除水(shui)(shui)(shui)后的(de)VOCs組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)在(zai)捕集阱(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)進行富(fu)集,最后啟動加熱解吸(xi)(xi),通過載(zai)氣(qi)將解吸(xi)(xi)后的(de)VOCs組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)帶入色譜(pu)進行分(fen)(fen)(fen)離分(fen)(fen)(fen)析,獲得各組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)濃(nong)度(du)。
針對我(wo)國(guo)當前地(di)表水(shui)(shui)、飲(yin)用水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)揮發(fa)性有機(ji)物(VOCs)在線監(jian)(jian)測(ce)需求(qiu),聚(ju)光科(ke)技自(zi)主研發(fa)了(le)VOC-3000 水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)揮發(fa)性有機(ji)物在線監(jian)(jian)測(ce)系(xi)統。VOC-3000 水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)揮發(fa)性有機(ji)物在線監(jian)(jian)測(ce)系(xi)統集自(zi)動進(jin)樣、吹(chui)(chui)掃(sao)、富(fu)集、解吸、色譜分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離和數據處理于一體,可無人監(jian)(jian)守下連(lian)續(xu)運(yun)行,準確測(ce)量水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)VOCs濃度,實時(shi)遠(yuan)程(cheng)傳(chuan)輸(shu)測(ce)量結果,實現(xian)水(shui)(shui)體VOCs污染程(cheng)度的監(jian)(jian)測(ce)與預警。 系(xi)統原(yuan)理 系(xi)統將(jiang)水(shui)(shui)樣采集并加(jia)熱送入吹(chui)(chui)掃(sao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)內,然后(hou)向吹(chui)(chui)掃(sao)罐中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通入惰性氣體,將(jiang)待測(ce)水(shui)(shui)樣中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)VOCs組(zu)(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)吹(chui)(chui)出,通過除水(shui)(shui)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)去除吹(chui)(chui)脫混(hun)合(he)氣中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的水(shui)(shui)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen),再將(jiang)除水(shui)(shui)后(hou)的VOCs組(zu)(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)在捕集阱中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)進(jin)行富(fu)集,最后(hou)啟動加(jia)熱解吸,通過載氣將(jiang)解吸后(hou)的VOCs組(zu)(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)帶入色譜進(jin)行分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)析,獲得各組(zu)(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)濃度。
● 采用國際公認的水中VOCs標準分析方法——吹掃捕集—氣相色譜聯用法;
● 恒溫吹掃技術,吹掃效率高,吹掃氣用量小,維護周期長,維護成本低;
● 吹掃氣全電子流量質量控制(MFC),吹掃氣速穩定,重復性好,定量穩定;
● 旋風除水、高溫消泡技術,有效避免水汽進入色譜分離系統,定性穩定;
● 水樣采集管、吹掃腔和有機物收集管具有自動清潔功能,系統記憶效應小。
● 復合填料捕集阱,捕集效率高,捕集種類多,靈敏度高,單次檢測組分多;
● 直熱加熱解吸技術,升溫快,避免熱脫附引入的峰展寬,色譜分離效果好;
● FID檢測器具有自動點火功能,火焰熄滅后檢測器自動切斷氫氣,安全可靠;
● 系統支持單次、定時、周期等多種測量模式,可根據現場應用需求靈活設定;
● 所使用氣體均采用鋼瓶壓縮氣,無需氣體發生裝置,系統簡單,安裝便捷;
