2014年4月18日,“2014年霧(wu)霾(mai)立體監(jian)測與預警應用學(xue)(xue)(xue)術研(yan)討會(hui)(hui)”在太湖明珠——無錫召開。本次(ci)學(xue)(xue)(xue)術研(yan)討會(hui)(hui)由國家(jia)環(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)光(guang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)監(jian)測儀器工程技(ji)術中(zhong)心、中(zhong)國儀器儀表學(xue)(xue)(xue)會(hui)(hui)環(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)與安(an)全檢測儀器分會(hui)(hui)聯合主(zhu)辦(ban),中(zhong)科(ke)(ke)院安(an)徽(hui)光(guang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)精密機械研(yan)究所(suo)、無錫中(zhong)科(ke)(ke)光(guang)電技(ji)術有限(xian)公司承辦(ban)。來自(zi)中(zhong)國環(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)監(jian)測總站、中(zhong)國氣象局、中(zhong)國環(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)研(yan)究院、北(bei)京(jing)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、復(fu)旦大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、南京(jing)信息工程大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、暨南大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、中(zhong)國科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院大(da)氣物理研(yan)究所(suo)、遙感與數字地球研(yan)究所(suo)、城市(shi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)研(yan)究所(suo)、多地省市(shi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing)監(jian)測站及氣象局業務部(bu)門的兩百(bai)余位專家(jia)學(xue)(xue)(xue)者參加了(le)本次(ci)研(yan)討會(hui)(hui)。
與(yu)會(hui)專家學者共同研(yan)討了(le)(le)當前霧(wu)霾(mai)立(li)體監(jian)測(ce)(ce)與(yu)預警(jing)面臨的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)任(ren)務、新(xin)問題、新(xin)機(ji)遇;交(jiao)流了(le)(le)該領域的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)技術、新(xin)裝(zhuang)備、新(xin)進展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。圍(wei)繞霧(wu)霾(mai)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)與(yu)預警(jing)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)需(xu)求及質(zhi)量控(kong)制、標(biao)準體系(xi)現(xian)狀與(yu)進展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),厘清(qing)了(le)(le)我國(guo)霧(wu)霾(mai)立(li)體監(jian)測(ce)(ce)技術與(yu)應(ying)用(yong)在技術路線(xian)、重點產(chan)品、質(zhi)量控(kong)制、標(biao)準建設(she)未(wei)來發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向和策略(lve),以促進環(huan)境監(jian)測(ce)(ce)技術對(dui)環(huan)境管理的(de)(de)(de)支撐作(zuo)用(yong)和產(chan)業發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

會(hui)議期間,與會(hui)專家領導參觀了無(wu)錫(xi)中(zhong)(zhong)科光電(dian)技術(shu)有限公司陳列于會(hui)場展(zhan)示(shi)區(qu)的偏振(zhen)氣(qi)(qi)溶膠激(ji)光雷達、微波(bo)輻(fu)射計等霧霾立體監測系統核心設備,對該(gai)類國產設備給(gei)予(yu)了極高的關注及好評,殷切期望無(wu)錫(xi)中(zhong)(zhong)科光電(dian)公司等國內企業(ye),以氣(qi)(qi)象/環保業(ye)務需求為導向,不斷進(jin)取,推(tui)動大氣(qi)(qi)環境立體監測產業(ye)的蓬勃發展(zhan)。
